Barbie Hair Fair Doll Set (50th Anniversary)

Untitled-1.jpg

Isn’t it fun to have your dolls in different hairstyle? Well, Mattel’s Barbie made it possible through the release of Barbie Hair Fair Set. It was in 1967 (not exactly sure) when this set was actually created in order to channel the hottest hair trends during that era. The set includes a flip braid, a “fall” hair piece, a “crownette” headband, a brunette wig and a head base for you try all these wig wardrobe. Isn’t that amazing? And you know what’s more amazing? You won’t be needing to fly back to 60s in order to purchase to this fab set. Mattel just recently released a reproduction of the Hair Fair Set in celebration of its 50th anniversary. Yas! ❤lol.jpg

The Barbie™ Hair Fair Doll Set (50th Anniversary) was released on May 15, 2017 and it includes the same wig wardrobes like the original 1967 set. The only difference was the 50th Anniversary set includes a doll (unlike the original set which only includes a head) wearing a bright “flower power” dress, has an over-sized blue and pink earrings and rooted eyelashes which shows the fashion of such a trendy era.

As of now, I still couldn’t decide whether to order this doll or not since I recently just graduated from college and is currently looking for a job (so I definitely need to save some money). But soon enough I would definitely buy her and when that time comes, I would be posting her here in my little blog.
